everything comes in waves. i am in a down cycle again. i just had a busy and tiring weekend and now i got nothing. poof. it's annoying to have such dramatic end points and no middle. let's see, what happened.... hmmm i started a job on a movie. i had to sign lots of confidentiality agreements. let's just say it will be out at election time. i had the subway ride from hell on saturday night. it had twice my daily dose of crazy people and then, out of nowhere, this guy just starts puking everywhere. i guess he was drunk but my attention was on the crazies. i was so relieved when the train hit the bedford stop. as i got out i realized that i had been holding my breath for a while. gross. the first persian parade was in nyc on saturday. i went. mike had fun i think. he is getting into this persian stuff. it was nice of my family to invite him as well. my friend wendy wrote a rad book. i have been reading an advance copy but it should hit the shelves (and amazon) in april. i think many people i know would like it. it is called "the fat girl's guide to life" and her name is wendy shanker. tess- i am looking in your direction (if you still lurk here). she has a website at www.wendyshanker.com too. now work is screwing me out of days and i don't know when i will work again. i go from being totally fine about money to planning my homelessness. it's frustrating! buy wendy's book! |
