i feel like my entries lately have just been exposition (and ranting!) so i am going to try and remember anything funny that i meant to write down. 1. i love nachos. this has always been true, but lately i really mean it. we leave for LA on wednesday to look at things, see friends and find an apartment. but mostly, i look forward to eating mexican food daily. 2. i am seeing madonna tonight. she is on her "reinvention" tour, playing all her old hits. i am psyched! the one thing i read about the tour is that she does "papa don't preach" surrounded by pregnant back-up dancers. i am laughing just typing that out. 3. i am auditioning for a game show between work and the madonna concert. supposedly it is a trivia show based around pop culture. bring it on! however, they are turning it into a 6 day reality show, which i am not into. but the prospect of winnning big bucks pretty much cancels that out for me. 4. the wrap party at work is tonight. most movies have the wrap party like, months before the movie comes out. this movie comes out in two days. why so late, wrap party? oh yeah- we were adding footage to the movie up until 3 weeks ago. now it all makes sense! yes, i have work, game show audition, madonna and a wrap party on the same night. i think i will leave to see tomorrow. however, tomorrow i have to pack and get ready for the trip. i'll have time to sleep when i'm dead! time to find a new job... or two. and then die. |
