something weird happened today. i checked an old hotmail account and there was a message from a boy that i knew in high school. he said he googled his name and that an entry in this journal came up and through some detective work he thought he had figured out that it was my journal. bizarre. mostly because i never put full names in here. he's been laid off too. that old story is too common right now. makes me nervous. it was cool to hear from him though. blast from the past. my unemployment ends this week. since i'm working i'm not quite as nervous as i would be normally. this job ends in two weeks or so though. unless it gets picked up for a full season- then i would have work for the whole summer. that would be pretty kick ass. i had a second interview at the loathsome devil show on wednesday. the producer was really cool and was like "this is a terrible job that you are way to qualified for"- all things i was thinking but not saying. he said he may have something more up my alley and will call tomorrow. that would be nice. i am pretty sure that i have bronchitis right now- does anyone know if that will just go away eventually or if antibiotics are absolutely necessary? i hope it will just go away if i endure enough. |
