still no job....... but many more jobs on the horizon. and next week is a holiday week so i won't go crazy until after then i've decided. maybe i will go to the beach next weekend. yeah that would be fun. hmmmmmmm. went to BMG today. i worked there when i was finishing college. and have not been back since. it was different- or maybe it wasn' t that different. it was kinda like what happens when you go back to your elementary school and everything so tiny even though you remember everything huge. it didn't change, you did. it was really fun seeing the guys i used to work with, and i should try to see them more. they are funny guys. we talked about the king jackass that is paul mccartney, my funny boyfriend, mid-life crises, movies, the economy, and music. i ended up being there for 2 hours or so. now that mike and i have lived together for a while i have noticed 2 big differences to when i had the roomies. 1. birthday presents are harder to hide- he has a system rigged up that when he gets home today i have to stay in the bedroom until he lets me come out. 2. you go through a lot less toilet paper. i got the enid coleslaw doll today at virgin for only 3.99. and it is f-ing adorable! sales rule the school! happy belated birthday to sharona! |
