i guess thanksgiving is over, yo. it makes me nervous though, since this next week means word on some jobs and other things. i hate being nervous like that. boo. ben told me not worry about it since there is nothing i can do. good advice. ben came for the holiday and left early this morning. it was very fun. we made sushi last night and went to lunch in little italy. he is a funny boy though. we were in a store and i was looking at a shirt and he had a problem with the type of symmetry on it. he said two lines can have 17 different kinds of symmetry but that clothing only utilizes like 4 of those. i told him to turn of his brain while clothes shopping. we also saw a cool bowl at the MOMA design store and he couldn't get over figuring out the physics of it and how great it was it. he makes me feel dumb for turning off my brain so often. mike's family loved him. everyone loves him. i have a lot of my christmas/hannukah shopping done. time to start wrapping and getting GRE stuff done. gotta keep busy and try and stay calm. okay, okay.
