busy busy busy. last weekend was kickass. first we saw the kills in hoboken. the rogers sisters opened and were much better than i had imagined. kim bought the cd. then we drove back and got stuck in traffic at the holland tunnel for about an hour. yuck. meighan got some serious road rage with all the people not following the rules. good times. then saturday was the siren fest. i love the siren fest because it is free and in coney island. i hate the siren fest because its full of pushy hipsters and the sound is terrible. life is full of give and take. we played some serious skee ball and had ice cream cones. we all played some carnival game and i won luds a stuffed pug. its flourescent orange. i am a true gentleman. sunday my article was still shitty and coming along very crappily. after getting bagels and taking howie to the dog run it was freaking almost 3 in afternoon. i started to panic. so when meighan called about seeing "how to deal" i ended up cancelling. i needed a whole day to panic, you know. so i did. but in the end i finished the article and it was not great. i sent it in to get some feedback and notes though. i got those last night and they are very helpful. now to rewrite! i drew a picture with it though and that went over really well. i cant draw for shit yet keep getting more positive feedback in that department. its weird how life works. my new job started monday. so far so good. and its been extended until at least the beginning of november. HOT!!! until then just call me and mike "power couple." i want a milkshake.
