the news is in! i am seeing elvis costello tomorrow night. oh yeah! i have babysat for the last 3 nights. it has been a pretty good time. bain is more into being naked now. he wouldn't even put his underwear (big boy pants) on after the bath. he laid in the fetal position in his towel and said he was a dinosaur egg for like 20 minutes. his penis fascination has also grown so brandon told him if he touches it too much it will fall off. hope that doesn't scar him too badly! today lily was wearing a pink pleated skirt, a black tshirt and pink and white addidas. she is the most badass 2 year old in town. i said "you look so cute today lily" and she said "no i don't". its rare she says so much so clearly. we are taking them to the museum on saturday. it should be a good time. we shall see how mike and i handle the 2 kids on the subway for 45 minutes. they are good kids. i think it will work out. i had conference calls for work today- they went well i think. it looks as though mike and will both be applying to grad school for next fall. interesting. it seems like we are applying to totally different schools in totally different parts of the country. i don't like that. ah well.
